Joerns Healthcare stock a wide range of spares for their patient handling solutions to support both current and legacy products. In many cases, Oxford products share common components such as control boxes, castor wheels and spreader bars, allowing cross compatibility of parts and the ability to service numerous products with the same suite of spares.

The Oxford Smart Monitor control box is used on nearly all Oxford mobile hoists, supporting service routines and providing usage and diagnostic data. It is specifically calibrated for use on each individual lift using engineer handsets but is otherwise the same component part. The Smart Monitor also has an integrated lift cycle counter that counts in a very precise manner that is conducive to more cost-efficient service life.

Hoists within the Oxford Classic range even share framework, such as legs, cross members, foot pedals and tie rods. Batteries and chargers are also identical across all models. This commonality of parts helps provide efficiencies in stock management and provides simplicity for service engineers.

In line with our obligations, we stock and supply spares for current products and continue to support discontinued products following their removal from sale. In the unlikely event we are unable to support a product that has been removed from sale, we will endeavour to support you with suitable replacement product to ensure uninterrupted care for your patients.
